These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of captionmaker.pro (the “Service”) operated by Voxlab Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accounts

You sign in to the Service using Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos you upload and the captions we generate for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service (transcription, rendering, storage, and delivery back to you).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process any content you submit, and that your use does not violate any law or third-party right.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service to generate content that targets, harasses, or deceives others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Plans, billing, and refunds

Some features require a paid plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Automated transcription and caption generation may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxlab Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
