- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Content you upload. Videos you submit for transcription and the resulting caption files.
- Usage data. Basic analytics about how the Service is used, including device type, browser, and pages visited.
- Billing information. If you purchase a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To transcribe and render captions for the videos you submit.
- To communicate with you about your account or support requests.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or fraud.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting, transcription, and payment processing), and where required by law.
Data retention
Uploaded videos and generated captions are retained while your account is active so you can access them under “My videos”. You may delete individual videos at any time. If you close your account we delete associated content within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing purposes.

Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to personal data and review our practices regularly.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
